Victors and Mentors

Okay, we kind of need mentors to get the Games going. However, if no one claims one of these victors to be a mentor, I guess they're either going to be NPC or controlled by me until someone claims them. However, you must already have a character that can be reaped and twenty posts if this is your second character, forty if this is your third, sixty if this is your fourth and so one and so forth. The victors that are taken (already accepted characters) will have a strike through them.
